• Legal advice is issued only after reviewing full facts and documents under a
  formal mandate.

3. Client responsibilities

• You provide complete, accurate, and truthful information.
• You submit documents on time when requested.
• You remain responsible for decisions taken based on legal advice.

4.Fees and payments

•  Legal fees follow written agreements, fee quotations, or engagement letters.
• Fees remain payable regardless of case outcome unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Government fees, court fees, expert fees, and third-party costs remain separate from legal fees.
• Delayed payments result in suspension of services until settlement.

5.Confidentiality

• All client information remains confidential under UAE law and professional obligations.
• Confidentiality applies during and after the professional relationship.
• Disclosure occurs only when required by law or court order.

6.Legal privilege

    🧾  Communications between you and the office fall under legal professional privilege as recognized under UAE law.

7.Conflicts of interest

    ⚠ The office conducts conflict checks before accepting instructions.
    ⚠ The office declines or withdraws from matters where conflicts exist.

8.Limitation of liability

•  Liability remains limited to direct losses arising from proven professional
  negligence.
• The office holds no responsibility for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party
  actions.

9.Third-party services

     📄 The office works with translators, experts, and service providers when required.

     📄 The office bears no responsibility for their independent actions or delays.

10. Communication

•  Official communication takes place through approved phone numbers, emails, or office addresses.
• Messaging applications serve only for coordination and do not replace formal legal correspondence.

11. Website use    

• Website content serves informational purposes only.
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without written permission is prohibited.

12. Termination of services

• Either party ends the professional relationship through written notice.
• Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
• Client files transfer after settlement of dues, subject to legal obligations.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

    ⚖ These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    ⚖ UAE courts hold exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

14. Amendments

• The office updates these Terms and Conditions when required.
• Updated terms apply from the published effective date.
