Mohammed Bani Hashem

Mohammed Bani Hashem is the Founder and CEO of MBH Advocates & Legal Consultants and a distinguished Emirati advocate with more than 20 years of legal experience in the United Arab Emirates.

His professional career combines courtroom advocacy, dispute strategy, negotiation and executive leadership. He has advised and represented individuals, entrepreneurs, companies and investors across civil and commercial litigation, contractual disputes, real estate matters, liability and insurance claims, debt recovery, criminal defence and family matters.

His approach is defined by disciplined preparation, clear legal judgment and direct communication. Clients are given a realistic understanding of their legal position, available options, procedural risks and the practical path forward.

As founder of MBH, he has built the firm around integrity, independence, confidentiality and rigorous advocacy. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Dubai Police Academy.
